Life is a dialogue between the Invisible and the visible.

Like the Sun, all bodies in time and space have gravity and light.

With our gravity, we pull the world toward us,

with our light, we radiate our nature out into the world.

With our gravity, we inhale the energy of our environment,

with our light, we exhale the energy of our character.

Solve et coagula,

involution and evolution.

Countless times, we scale the heights,

we descend into the depths.

We fall and rise

from breath to breath,

from day to day,

from year to year,

from life to life,

from child to adult,

and beyond ...

Within the Sun there lies an ancient secret, a divine design,

a map to find our way from Earth to heaven and back again.

Sunlight contains a sacred trinity of gifts for the Earth, for all life on Earth, for us.

These three elements are a frequency spectrum, a rainbow of octaves of living music,

a Song of the Sun within which we live our lives.

The human body is built from Sunlight captured by the photosynthetic life on planet Earth.

It is only natural that the microcosm reflects the macrocosm -

“As above, so below” -

the three spheres of the body are thematically connected to the Solar Trinity of elements.

When Pythagoras said “All is number”, he was really saying

“All things vibrate with frequency and amplitude -

therefore all relationships, both internal and external, can be most fundamentally understood

in terms of the harmonic resonance between local symphonic movements.”

Hence, the world, above and below, is created and sustained by the Music of the Spheres.

The three spheres of the human body, just as the three elements within sunlight,

are three steps upon the Rainbow Bridge, the musical spectrum of Life.

The Song of the Sun sings us awake!
